Treatment Options

THAI YOGA

Think of this as “lazy person’s yoga.”  Yoga derived guided stretch, combined with pressure point massage.  The slow, rhythmic movement allows both mind and body to slow down, get centered and experience true relaxation.  This is a cult favorite among dancers and athletes, including runners and rock climbers for improving flexibility, releasing both superficial and deep muscular tension, and deep relaxation with quieting of the mind.   Typically performed on the floor lying on a mat.

DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS

During the resting portion of a training schedule is the time for the muscles to repair any micro-tears that occurred during the training session.  Receiving sport-specific, targeted massage will break up scar tissue, maximize the supply of nutrients and oxygen to muscles and joints, separate and spread the individual muscle fibers to help provide faster recovery.
